For COVID testing results: once you have left our facilities, the only way you will be able to receive your results will be by the patient portal.

Insurance & Payment Options


HAPPI Health serves anyone who comes to use for care, regardless of their ability to pay or their insurance status. We believe that cost should not prevent you from getting the care you need. If you’re sick or it has been some time since you had a primary care provider, call 256-519-3650 and make an appointment. There is no need to make an appointment to be seen in our Urgent care.

Your cost will vary based on the services provided, your insurance, your income, the composition of the household, and other factors.

HAPPI Health offers a sliding fee discount program on our services to people who qualify. Call 256-726-7297 for more information on how to apply.

Are there options to get insurance?

Call 256-726-7297 to make an appointment. We can help you enroll in Medicaid, Medicare, or for the Affordable Care Act (during an open enrollment period or in the event of a qualifying life-changing situation) for health insurance coverage.

How do I request a payment plan?

Payment plans allow you to pay your balance over time in more manageable amounts. Please contact 256-513-7343

Do I have to pay a copay when I come?

This depends on your insurance plan. If you have insurance, all applicable co-payments and deductibles must be paid at the time of service. We understand how confusing insurance can be and we will help you figure it out.

You may be eligible for the sliding fee discounts even if you have insurance. Please note, if you have more than one appointment in the same day you may have two separate copays.

How do I know if my services are covered before I receive them?

Our goal is to ensure we have good communication with you about the services we provide to you. Our highly trained medical professionals determine what is medically necessary and reasonable. If there are questions, our staff will discuss this with you. Your insurance company may need to be contacted to see if services are covered. Please talk to our staff for more information.

If you are self-pay or sliding fee, staff will notify you of any additional charges that may be incurred with your treatment prior to providing. Please feel free to discuss treatment options with your medical provider.

We accept most traditional insurance plans, including but not limited to:

  • And Many More! For more information if we're able to accept your insurance, please contact your insurance carrier.

We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own doctor.

We accept cash and debit/credit cards. Please contact our billing department for details and/or questions. 

You may qualify for a financial discount. Please inquire at the front desk when you come into the office.
